Refund Policy

During early access, every feature is free for everyone. Supporting the app is optional; it funds the work and locks your founding rate. Because you are not paying for access right now, this is simple:

• Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account and your support does not renew. The whole app stays free to you either way.
• Refunds. If something went wrong, whether a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel, or you simply changed your mind, email us within 14 days and we will refund it, no argument.
• How to reach us. hello@kotufish.com. Include the email on your account and we will find the charge.

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe; refunds return to your original payment method.
